Security and reliability are extremely important to us therefore after your pieces are made, they will be shipped via tracked courier for your peace of mind, and will require a signature on delivery.

The delivery estimates from the postal systems are as follows:
UK
- Orders under £100 - First Class Recorded; 1 - 3 Business days
- Orders over £100 - Special Delivery; 1 Business day
International
- Orders under £100 - International Standard - 6 - 12 Business days
- Orders over £100 - International Tracked & Signed - 5-7 Business days

Sylvie Be Gladys is happy to ship worldwide to countries outside of the UK however this may be subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country and the recipient is responsible for paying any taxes and duties due.
Bespoke Orders
Each piece is designed by Sylvie Be Gladys founder, Sarah Bickers, and is by definition a unique and special item. If you decide to embark on this beautiful journey many hours of work will go into creating your piece.
After your consultation a non-refundable £50 deposit is due. Once we have received this we will begin designing and developing your piece.
You will be regularly updated on how your design is developing including sharing images of the piece’s development. You can discuss with her any design requests or ideas at this point.
After your piece is completed Sarah will send you detailed images or if she is happy to, meet locally for you to try on your design.
When you are happy with your design you will be sent an invoice for the total and outstanding balance. When the remaining payment is received we will send your piece by Special Delivery FREE of charge or collected in person from our studio.
