The following items can not be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
- Bespoke orders - Bespoke pieces are designed and hand made to order are non-refundable. Please note, if you have paid a deposit for a bespoke piece which has been designed for you and then do not pay the balance, your deposit will not be refunded and the piece will be listed on the website for sale.
- Earrings - For health/hygiene reasons
- Items on sale

We hope that you are pleased with your order but if for any reason you are not entirely happy please contact us.
Returns and Exchange details
SBeG guarantees satisfaction and we want you to LOVE your pieces! In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and return within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
We will make an exchange or refund (excluding the original shipping costs).
Please note that items must be returned to us in a perfect, unused condition in the original box. Sylvie Be Gladys reserves the right to reject returns and dispute individual cases.
It is strongly recommended that returns are sent back with insurance. Unfortunately we cannot refund a returned item if is lost in the post.
Please note that we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international orders, however if for some reason your item is faulty then please email us with the fault and your order number and we will contact you directly. Any border force payment received when you return your item will have to be deducted from the refund total.
Please also note return postage costs are not refundable if an order is being returned as it is unsuitable, however you will not be responsible if it is due to a defect with the product.
